Rosina
Rosina has a personal yoga practice spanning over 35 years.
Her first great love was Iyengar Yoga which offers such a solid grounding in the essentials of developing a strong asana or physical practice.
She admits her discipline for regular practice was not always there until a horse riding accident caused sciatica and she discovered the only way to cure this pain was through regular yoga practice. What’s good luck, what’s bad luck?
Her meditation journey began with an introduction using Transcendental Meditation in 1988 and has continued with teachings from many areas from both eastern traditions and western psychology.
Rosina has been a teacher in other fields but began to teach yoga following a YTT course with Santhi Yoga in Kerala India in 2016. She has trained in YIN yoga and breath work with Douglas Meacheam and Donna Farhi.
“From these dates you will see that I am not so young, but I am young at heart and I credit much of this to my yoga, meditation and a sense of fun which have supported me through bad times and good. I would be honored to be part of your life journey.”
Always with love Rosina
